Engineering Systems Division (ESD), set up in March 2010, at Silora in Rajasthan is built over an area of 70000sq ft is capable of manufacturing 1200-1500 (per year) fabricated bogies for all passenger coaches (with or without air springs), diesel and electric locomotives. ESD has the faculty to cater to customized fabricated precision machining components for all heavy industries.

ESD is onethe very few plants in India to own CNC Double Column Machining Center among private fabricated bogie manufacturers.
